Privacy Statement.Respecting and protecting your personal data is a commitment. We understand and take seriously what you know and care about your personal data.This Privacy Statement describes the personal data we collect about you, how we use and protect your personal data, and the choices you have about how we use that data.

2.3 Email Address. We collect the email addresses of our customers and our customers’ contact persons when they express their interest in the services through the website www.wstudio.gr.
2.4 Government and other official identification numbers. We collect your national insurance number, identification number, taxpayer identification number, driver’s licence number or other government-issued identification number.

5.1 The processing of your personal data and/or special categories of personal data is carried out for the purpose of providing you with our services based on the conclusion and performance of a contract or – at your request – preparatory actions for the conclusion and performance of a contract.

6. Retention period for your personal data
6.1 When we provide you with a product or service, such as web design and development, logo design, corporate identity development, etc., we will retain your personal data and special category personal data for the duration of our co-operation and in any event until the expiry of the limitation period of any mutual claim, unless statutory provisions impose an additional period.
6.2 If we are required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, we will retain your personal data and special category personal data for at least as long as necessary to fulfil these obligations.
